A Message from the Coordinator
Yam Niraula, Coordinator(NEBA Europe)
"Dear Members, Partners, Entrepreneurs, and Friends,
It is an honor to serve as Coordinator of the Nepali Business Association Europe (NEBA Europe). I am confident that our greatest strength lies not only in individual success, but in our shared ability to connect, collaborate, and create lasting opportunities.
The global business landscape is changing faster than ever. Innovation, technology, and international competition are reshaping the way economies grow and businesses succeed. Nepal possesses remarkable potential through its natural resources, distinctive products, skilled people, and entrepreneurial energy. Our task is to convert that potential into sustainable opportunity—and to position Nepal as a trusted, competitive, and valued partner in the global marketplace.
NEBA Europe is more than a business association. It is a dynamic bridge between Nepal and Europe—a platform for trade, investment, knowledge exchange, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship.
Our mission is clear: to connect Nepali entrepreneurs across Europe, strengthen partnerships between Nepali industries and European business communities, and open new pathways for trade and investment. We are committed to promoting Nepali products, strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises, and helping businesses meet international expectations in quality, certification, branding, sustainability, and service.
Nepal has products and services with genuine global appeal—from organic tea, coffee, herbs, spices, handicrafts, pashmina, handmade paper, and woolen goods to information technology, tourism, and wellness. Yet potential must be matched by preparation. International success demands consistent quality, innovation, professional standards, compelling branding, market intelligence, reliable supply chains, and a long-term commitment to excellence.
To advance this vision, NEBA Europe will promote stronger cooperation among the Government of Nepal, diplomatic missions, private-sector institutions, chambers of commerce, NRN organizations, and Nepali entrepreneurs around the world. Through business-to-business partnerships, trade fairs, investment forums, policy dialogue, market intelligence, and digital platforms, we will work to transform relationships into measurable results.
We are also committed to empowering the next generation of Nepali entrepreneurs in Europe. Young Nepalis who understand European markets, technology, and business culture can become powerful drivers of Nepal–Europe economic cooperation. Through mentorship, startup support, leadership development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we aim to equip them to lead with confidence and build businesses with global reach.
Our ambition goes beyond exporting products. We are committed to building globally competitive Nepali businesses. We want “Made in Nepal” to represent quality, authenticity, innovation, trust, and excellence in markets around the world.
I encourage every Nepali entrepreneur—whether established or just starting out—to choose collaboration over isolation, integrity over shortcuts, and long-term vision over immediate gains. Sustainable success is built on trust, professionalism, resilience, and strong relationships. Wherever we live and work, our shared connection to Nepal gives us both a responsibility and an opportunity to contribute to its economic future.
Together, we can strengthen our network, open new markets, attract investment, accelerate innovation, and create enduring partnerships between Nepal and Europe.
One network. One vision. Shared prosperity.
With commitment and confidence in the future,
Yam Niraula, Coordinator
Nepali Business Association Europe (NEBA Europe)"
